Las actuaciones que han sido necesarias ejecutar han sido superiores a las inicialmente previstas y el presupuesto está próximo a agotarse, y ello, en gran medida debido al periodo en que el Servicio no dispuso de contrato en vigor que propició la acumulación de las mismas.
