Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

La modificación tiene por objeto dotar del servicio de limpieza a la Plataforma de Movilidad Sostenible Canalejas solicitando la aplicación de lo dispuesto en el Apartado S del Anexo I del Pliego de Condiciones, que permite la modificación de un 20% del importe de adjudicación. La adenda tiene por objeto la prestación del servicio de limpieza de los cinco lotes en los que se integran los edificios y dependencias de la EMT de Madrid, conforme a las especificaciones del Pliego de Condiciones Generales y Anexos, incluido el Pliego de Condiciones Técnicas. La duración de la modificación es de 1 año ((desde el 27/05/2021 al 26/05/2022).

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

La modificación tiene por objeto dotar del servicio de limpieza a la Plataforma de Movilidad Sostenible Canalejas solicitando la aplicación de lo dispuesto en el Apartado S del Anexo I del Pliego de Condiciones, que permite la modificación de un 20% del importe de adjudicación. La adenda tiene por objeto la prestación del servicio de limpieza de los cinco lotes en los que se integran los edificios y dependencias de la EMT de Madrid, conforme a las especificaciones del Pliego de Condiciones Generales y Anexos, incluido el Pliego de Condiciones Técnicas. La duración de la modificación es de 1 año ((desde el 27/05/2021 al 26/05/2022).
