Que una vez que las causas que motivaron la tramitación del incremento del presupuesto del contrato con cargo a la modificación prevista en los pliegos rectores de la contratación se han mantenido en el tiempo, dicho incremento se ha revelado insuficiente y por ello es necesario tramitar un incremento adicional por valor de 40.000€, IVA no incluido.
