         Por uno de los dos siguientes:

         1) volumen anual de negocios de la persona licitadora o candidata, que referido al mejor ejercicio dentro de los tres últimos disponibles en función de las fechas de constitución o de inicio de actividades de la persona licitadora y de presentación de ofertas por importe mínimo de: LOTE 1 82.500,00 €; LOTE 2 29.340,00 €; LOTE 3 31.980,00 €; LOTE 4 31.980,00 €;LOTE 5 34.620,00 €

         2) El patrimonio neto según el balance correspondiente al último ejercicio de las cuentas anuales aprobadas deberá superar el 20 por 100 del importe del contrato, esto es:

         Por las dos siguientes:

         1) Titulaciones académicas y profesionales del empresario y del personal directivo de la empresa y, en particular, del personal responsable de la ejecución del contrato así como de los técnicos encargados directamente de la misma, siempre que no se evalúen como un criterio de adjudicación.

         • La licitadora aportará la titulación oficial requerida por las Capitanías afectadas. La tripulación estará compuesta según las necesidades que requiera la embarcación ofertada en cada lote.

         2) Declaración indicando la embarcación y la tripulación del que se dispondrá para la ejecución de los trabajos , a la que se adjuntará la documentación acreditativa pertinente.

         • La empresa licitadora aportará declaración responsable del cumplimiento de los requisitos técnicos contemplados en el PPT así como los justificantes de los permisos y declaración responsable de que están en vigor. Entre otras cuestiones mencionará:

         ◦ Tipo de embarcación.

         ◦ Nombre.

         ◦ Nacionalidad.

         ◦ Matrícula.

         ◦ Nombre y características de las extranjeras.

         ◦ Dotación de la tripulación profesional.

         ◦ Reconocimientos y despachos vigentes.

         ◦ Fotografías de la embarcación.
