El beneficiario de los suministros y servicios objeto del contrato, la agencia de Aduanas del Estado albanés, ha indicado necesidades de adaptación de los aparatos no previstas inicialmente (para garantizar su funcionamiento adecuado y la aplicación de las condiciones necesarias para la protección de la garantía correspondiente de los equipos Rapiscan 628DV) lo que deriva en gastos asociados de transportes, almacenaje y mano de obra para la ejecución del contrato, esto es, la instalación y puesta en marcha de los Rapiscan 628DV.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

El beneficiario de los suministros y servicios objeto del contrato, la agencia de Aduanas del Estado albanés, ha indicado necesidades de adaptación de los aparatos no previstas inicialmente (para garantizar su funcionamiento adecuado y la aplicación de las condiciones necesarias para la protección de la garantía correspondiente de los equipos Rapiscan 628DV) lo que deriva en gastos asociados de transportes, almacenaje y mano de obra para la ejecución del contrato, esto es, la instalación y puesta en marcha de los Rapiscan 628DV.
