         Conforme al artículo 87 de la LCSP, la solvencia económica y financiera, deberá acreditarse mediante el e el volumen anual de negocios más elevado dentro de los últimos tres años concluidos,

         por importe igual o superior al 100 % del valor estimado del contrato.

         El volumen anual de negocios del licitador o candidato se acreditará por medio de sus cuentas anuales aprobadas y depositadas en el Registro Mercantil antes de la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de ofertas, si el empresario estuviera inscrito en dicho registro, y, en caso contrario, por las depositadas en el registro oficial en que deba estar inscrito, correspondientes a los últimos tres años concluidos. Los empresarios individuales no inscritos en el Registro Mercantil acreditaran su volumen anual de negocios mediante sus libros de inventarios y cuentas anuales legalizados por el Registro Mercantil, correspondientes a los últimos tres años concluidos.

         Conforme al artículo 90.1 de la LCSP. se presentará una relación de los principales servicios, de igual o similar naturaleza a los que constituyen el objeto del contrato, efectuados en los tres últimos años, indicando su importe, fechas y destinatario público o privado de los mismos. Los servicios efectuados se acreditarán mediante certificados de buena ejecución expedidos o visados por el órgano competente, cuando el destinatario sea una entidad del sector público, y cuando el destinatario sea un sujeto privado, mediante un certificado expedido por este o a falta de dicho certificado, mediante una declaración del empresario acompañada de los documentos que acrediten la realización de la prestación.
