Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Ampliación del contrato, por un importe de 89.069,25 euros, IVA incluido, dado que las necesidades del proyecto en fase de implantación han evidenciado la necesidad de contar con mayor capacidad de los cortafuegos del CPD, clúster que ya fue adquirido en la licitación y que ahora se pretende ampliar con más nodos.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Se trata de necesidades imprevisibles en el momento de preparación del contrato inicial, puesto que han surgido y se han detectado una vez aprobado éste y sin que ello pudiera predecirse entonces, siendo inseparables del contrato principal, dado que afectan a los mismos sistemas y aplicaciones a los que se presta servicio en el contrato principal, sin que, por otro lado, se produzca una afección al contenido esencial del contrato y, siendo, además, el importe de la modificación inferior al 10% del importe de la adjudicación del contrato, por lo que su aprobación resulta acorde con lo previsto en el artículo 114.3.c de la Ley Foral 2/2018, de 13 de abril, de Contratos Públicos.
