Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

El 1 de julio de 2023 tiene previsto el comienzo de las obras de reforma y acondicionamiento del CAISS de Getxo, cuyo plazo de ejecución se estima en 10 meses. Durante dicho periodo no se vaa poder realizar el servicio contratado para dicho centro.
