Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Se solicita el incremento de modificación debido al incremento anual que hay de material de fisioterapia ubicado en los centros de Mutua Universal. Si analizamos la evolución del consumo de los materiales de utillaje del contrato actual vs con el contrato anterior, se puede observar una media de un 12% de incremento el gasto.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

En referencia al contrato del Expediente 030-2020-0636-03, se procede a ejecutar la modificación del contrato previsto en el apartado 36 del pliego de condiciones particulares del 5% (3.450,26€+IVA), a causa del incremento de volumen de material de fisioterapia,
