VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Debido a la complejidad de las actuaciones para el izado de los materiales en el centro de salud de Elgoibar (la necesidad de cortar unas de las carreteras principales durante el tiempo necesario para el izado de los materiales, así como, cortar el paso de peatones para la instalación del andamio necesario para acceder a cubierta), las licencias y permisos para la ejecución de estos trabajos se han demorado más tiempo del esperado. Tras tramitar las pertinentes licencias y habiendo realizado un seguimiento de las mismas, hasta la fecha de hoy no se ha podido obtener la licencia de ocupación de vía pública que permite continuar con los trabajos en este centro. Este permiso obliga a un preaviso de inicio de 5 días (siendo habitualmente de 2 días). Esta demora imprevista no permite poder actuar sobre el centro hasta pasado estos 5 días, lo que imposibilita finalizar la instalación en la fecha prevista de fin de contrato.

Al tratarse de un retraso debido a una figura sobre la que no existe control alguno por ninguna de las dos partes, se considera necesaria la ampliación del plazo de ejecución hasta el 03 de julio de 2023 para poder finalizar la instalación.

Al tratarse de un retraso debido a una figura sobre la que no existe control alguno por ninguna de las dos partes, se considera necesaria la ampliación del plazo de ejecución hasta el 03 de julio de 2023 para poder finalizar la instalación.
