         Este contrato tiene por objeto el suministro de infraestructura de red óptica con garantía de puesta a disposición para el proyecto de criptografía cuántica MadQuantum-CM y su derecho irrenunciable de uso (IRU), cuyas características se especifican en el pliego de prescripciones técnicas particulares. La fibra deberá conectar el triángulo CPD UC3M (Puerta de Toledo), CSIC (C/Pinar) y CPD de la UCM (Ciudad Universitaria) con tres pares de fibra (6 hilos) y tres ramales 1º) CESVIMA e IMDEA Software a CPD Puerta de Toledo, 2º) la sede de IMDEA NW y UC3M (Leganés) con CPD Puerta de Toledo y 3º) UPM Rectorado a CPD UCM con dos pares de fibra.

         No se exige habilitación profesional pero sí adscripción de los siguientes medios:

         El adjudicatario designará un Jefe de Proyecto cuyas funciones en relación con el presente contrato serán:

         - Dirigir a los medios personales que realicen los trabajos y suministros, impartiendo al efecto las órdenes e instrucciones necesarias para la ejecución de los mismos.

         - Actuar como interlocutor principal con IMDEA Software durante la ejecución del proyecto.

         El adjudicatario designará también un Ingeniero con una experiencia mínima de 3 años en despliegue de fibra óptica y que tenga los conocimientos técnicos necesarios para la implantación de este tipo de proyecto cuyas funciones en relación con el presente contrato serán:

         - Explicar técnicamente los pasos que se están siguiendo y los problemas que puedan surgir.

         - Escalado dentro del departamento técnico las necesidades del proyecto en caso de problemas que puedan surgir.

         - Será el responsable de resolver todas las dudas técnicas que surjan en el proyecto.
