         Todo licitador deberá acreditar la solvencia técnica o profesional para la ejecución del contrato del

         siguiente modo:

         1º Se encuentra incluida en el Listado de Comercializadores de Energía Eléctrica y Gas de la Comisión

         Nacional de la Energía. La Mesa accederá al Listado publicado en la página web de la Comisión Nacional

         de Energía para verificar esta circunstancia

         legislación vigente, y conforme lo señalado en el pliego de prescripciones técnicas.

         4º Subcontratación prevista. Se señalará la subcontratación prevista, aportándose las correspondientes

         cartas de compromiso.

         5º Relación de al menos un servicio de suministro integral de edificios efectuado durante los tres últimos

         años en la que se indique el importe, la fecha y el destinatario, público o privado, avalada por cualquier

         prueba admisible en Derecho, cuyo valor estimado anual sea igual o superior a 1.000.000 €.
