         * Het UEA, waarmee de ondernemer verklaart dat hij zich niet bevindt in een van de uitsluitingssituaties als bedoeld in de artikelen 67 tot 69 van de wet van 17 juni 2016.

         Artikel 70 van de wet van 17 juni 2016 betreffende de overheidsopdrachten is van toepassing. Voor de in artikel 67 van de wet bedoelde uitsluitingsgronden deelt de gegadigde of inschrijver op eigen initiatief mee of hij bij het begin van de procedure de in artikel 70, lid 1, bedoelde corrigerende maatregelen heeft genomen.

         Het UEA, waarmee de ondernemer verklaart dat hij voldoet aan de onderstaande selectiecriteria:

         1. De financiële en economische draagkracht van de inschrijver dient aangetoond te worden door het voorleggen van de jaarrekeningen van de onderneming van de laatste 3 jaren, waaruit blijkt dat winst wordt gemaakt na aftrek van belastingen.

         List and brief description of selection criteria:

         Het UEA, waarmee de ondernemer verklaart dat hij voldoet aan de onderstaande selectiecriteria:

         1. Deze wordt aangetoond aan de hand van een lijst van werken inzake het uitvoeren van overheidsopdrachten , meer bepaald raamovereenkomsten voor het herstellen van daken en goten die de afgelopen 4 jaar werden verricht, welke lijst vergezeld gaat van attesten die bewijzen dat deze naar behoren zijn uitgevoerd. Deze attesten worden afgeleverd en ondertekend door de bevoegde overheid. Deze attesten vermelden het bedrag van de werken, de plaats en het tijdstip waarop ze werden uitgevoerd. Voorts wordt aangegeven of de werken volgens de regels van de kunst zijn uitgevoerd en regelmatig tot een goed einde zijn gebracht. In voorkomend geval worden de attesten door de bevoegde instantie rechtstreeks aan de aanbestedende overheid toegezonden (KB 15.07.2011-art. 69)
