Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Para dar cumplimiento a los nuevos requisitos de seguridad, tal y como establece el Reglamento (UE) 2017/373, semodifica el Anexo C aplicable al Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas.Dado el alcance de la Actividad Contratada, se considera que ésta se encuentra dentro de la categoría identificadacomo actividad que pueda afectar a la prestación de servicios ATS, por lo que sería de aplicación la "INSTRUCCIÓNDE CONTROL Y MITIGACIÓN DEL RIESGO EN RELACIÓN CON INTERFACES FORMALES Y ACTIVIDADESCONTRATADAS QUE PUEDAN AFECTAR A LA SEGURIDAD" (A111-20-INS- 002-1.1) y el nuevo Anexo Cincluyendo los nuevos requisitos de seguridad que le son de aplicación, así como una serie de nuevos entregablesque facilitan su cumplimiento.Esta modificación no supone variación de plazo ni de importe.Por lo anterior se PROPONE la aprobación de la modificación con la conformidad de la empresa adjudicataria
