Se incluye la elaboración del informe de auditoría de las cuentas anuales del ejercicio cerrado a 31 de diciembre de 2022 de una nueva entidad constituída por la UPC durante la vigencia del contrato.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Modificación prevista: Dado el apartado T del cuadro de características, en relación con la cláusula 29.2 del pliego de cláusulas administrativas que regula el contrato, se prevee la posibilidad de modificar el contrato hasta un 20% derivado de la Incorporación de nuevos requisitos contables o nuevas entidades a analizar y consolidar.
