Todo ello de conformidad con lo establecido en las cláusulas 22 del Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares del expediente, así como en el punto 16 de la Cláusula 1 de dicho Pliego y contando con la información facilitada por el Servicio de Suministros, que manifiesta que los contratos que ahora se prorrogan, están siendo ejecutados.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Próxima a finalizar la vigencia de los contratos del expediente de referencia y constatando que persisten las mismas necesidades de contar con este suministro en el Hospital, según nos ha manifestado el Servicio de Suministros , se propone la prórroga en las mismas condiciones técnicas y económicas de los contratos primitivos, para un nuevo período de 24 meses más de ejecución (del 09/04/2023 a1 08/04/2025).Todo ello de conformidad con lo establecido en las cláusulas 22 del Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares del expediente, así como en el punto 16 de la Cláusula 1 de dicho Pliego y contando con la información facilitada por el Servicio de Suministros, que manifiesta que los contratos que ahora se prorrogan, están siendo ejecutados.
