        4.1.1.Gospodarski subjekt mora u postupku javne nabave dokazati upis u sudski, obrtni, strukovni ili drugi odgovarajući registar u državi njegova poslovnog nastana.

        4.1.2. Ovlaštenja

        Gospodarski subjekt mora posjedovati odobrenje za obavljanje poslova osiguranja izdano od Hrvatske agencije za nadzor financijskih usluga (HANFA) a kao dokaz da je ponuditelj ovlašten za obavljanje djelatnosti povezane s predmetom nabave.

        Odredbom članka 17. Zakona o osiguranju (Narodne novine br. 30/15, 112/18, 63/20, 133/20 i 151/22) navedeno je tko može u Republici Hrvatskoj obavljati poslove osiguranja.

        Gospodarski subjekt mora dostaviti dokaz o članstvu u Hrvatskom uredu za osiguranje sukladno članku 43. Zakona o obveznim osiguranjima u prometu (Narodne novine 151/05, 36/09, 75/09, 76/13 i 152/14), kao dokaz da je ponuditelj član Hrvatskog ureda za osiguranje, odnosno da sukladno odredbi čl. 43. Zakona o obveznim osiguranjima u prometu smije obavljati poslove obveznih osiguranja u prometu iz čl.2. st.1. Zakona o obveznim osiguranjima u prometu.

        Gospodarski subjekt mora posjedovati suglasnost za obavljanje poslova dobrovoljnog zdravstvenog osiguranja sukladno Zakonu o dobrovoljnom zdravstvenom osiguranju (Narodne novine br. 85/06, 150/08, 71/10, 53/20 , 120/21 i 23/23).
