Modificación del contrato entre el Consell Insular d"Eivissa y la contratista ESTACIÓN ITV VEGA BAJA, S.A (ITEVEBASA) para la contratación del servicio de dos unidades móviles para la inspección técnica periódica de vehículos en la isla de Ibiza.

Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Este año 2023 debido a la expectativa de una gran temporada turística después de dos años y medio afectados por las consecuencias de la crisis sanitaria y social ocasionada por el COVID-19, se está confirmando una vuelta total a la normalidad en cuanto a la actividad económica de la isla. Lo anterior ha tenido como consecuencia un aumento considerable en la solicitud de citas para pasar inspecciones técnicas periódicas de manera que a fecha de hoy existe un retraso de hasta dos meses en el plazo de solicitud de cita previa.En conclusión, es necesario garantizar que el plazo de cita previa no siga aumentando al mismo ritmo y que se controle dentro de unos límites razonables, que en ningún caso puede de dos meses. En el sector de la inspección técnica de vehículos, se considera que a partir de plazos de cita previa superior a 7 días exigen la toma de medidas para corregirlo con el objeto de garantizar que los ciudadanos pueden disponer de este servicio obligatorio en unas condiciones razonables.
