Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Modificación consistente en la ampliación de 12 ediciones a añadir a las establecidas inicialmente en 12, para la satisfactoria ejecución del objeto del contrato, no implicando dicha modificación un incremento presupuestario a abonar por la Administración contratante.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Por causas sobrevenidas a la entidad que han ocasionado una alta tasa de abandono, ésta solicita una variación consistente en ampliar el número de ediciones de la acción formativa SSCE05 INGLÉS C1 inicialmente establecida en 12 ediciones de 80 participantes, para así poder cumplir con el objeto del contrato, la formación de 960 personas destinatarias. La ampliación solicitada es de 12 ediciones más. La Administración ha observado la dificultad de alcanzar los objetivos en cuanto a alumnado que se había marcado a la hora de licitar el contrato, habiéndose iniciado a día de hoy, 9 de las 12 ediciones. Por ello considera necesario aumentar el número de ediciones establecido sin modificar ni el importe, ni el plazo de ejecución del citado contrato.
