Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Necessità di modifica determinata da circostanze che un’amministrazione aggiudicatrice diligente non ha potuto prevedere [articolo 43, paragrafo 1, lettera c), della direttiva 2014/23/UE, articolo 72, paragrafo 1, lettera c), della direttiva 2014/24/UE, articolo 89, paragrafo 1, lettera c), della direttiva 2014/25/UE]Descrizione delle circostanze che hanno reso necessaria la modifica e spiegazione della natura imprevista di tali circostanze:L’art.76 del decreto-legge 25 maggio 2021, n.73, ha disposto, con decorrenza 30 settembre 2021, lo scioglimento di Riscossione Sicilia S.p.A. (di seguito anche RS), nonché, a far tempo dal 1° ottobre 2021, il subentro dell’Agenzia a RS, prevedendo, contestualmente, che l’esercizio delle funzioni relative alla riscossione di cui all’articolo 2, comma 2, della Legge Regionale del 22 dicembre 2005 n.19 della Regione Sicilia, è affidato all’Agenzia delle entrate ed è svolto da Agenzia.
