      Ha de tramitarse con carácter de urgencia (art. 119 LCSP), ya que consiste en el suministro de un número considerable de terminales portátiles TETRAS de los que no se dispone actualmente. Por otra parte, la situación actual del mercado que exige mayores plazos para la fabricación, adquisición o transporte de suministros, provocan que se acelere lo máximo posible la licitación, pues han aumentado los plazos de entrega y resulta totalmente conveniente reducir los plazos del expediente de adjudicación
