         El servicio de mantenimiento comprende el conjunto de las actividades, procesos, metodologías y recursos que se aplican con el objetivo de conservar los ECS y las instalaciones propias para su funcionamiento en condiciones óptimas, para conseguir su disponibilidad el mayor tiempo posible y de forma más eficaz y económica a largo plazo, así como prolongar su vida útil en las mejores condiciones de uso para las prestaciones para las que fueron diseñados, manteniendo los parámetros de seguridad y respetando la normativa vigente
