VII.2)Information about modifications
VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

El contrato se adjudicó el 06/10/2021 por importe máximo anual de 528.846,15 €, IVA excluido, y 550.000,00 €, IVA incluido, para el año de duración inicial del contrato. El contrato se formalizó el 02/11/2021, con una duración inicial de 1 año a contar desde el 02/11/2021, susceptible de una prórroga anual. La prórroga se aprueba el 29/09/2022 por los mismos importes de adjudicación, y con una duración desde el 02/11/2022 hasta el 31/10/2023. Las previsiones iniciales en cuanto al número de usuarios/as y de horas de prestación del servicio para el 2023 se han visto ampliamente desbordadas por el aumento de la demanda, debido al incremento del colectivo destinatario de este servicio esencial. El contrato se modifica por razones de interés público, como lo es la necesaria atención de personas dependientes que presentan problemas para la realización de las actividades elementales de la vida diaria, proporcionándoles atención directa en el propio hogar mediante intervenciones que favorezcan su permanencia e integración en su entorno habitual. El importe de la modificación aprobada asciende a 105.769,23 € más IVA, total 110.000,00 €. El valor total del contrato tras la modificación asciende a 1.163.461,53 € más IVA, total 1.210.000,00 €.

El contrato se modifica por razones de interés público, como lo es la necesaria atención de personas dependientes que presentan problemas para la realización de las actividades elementales de la vida diaria, proporcionándoles atención directa en el propio hogar mediante intervenciones que favorezcan su permanencia e integración en su entorno habitual.
