Convocatoria pública para entidades del Tercer Sector para prestar el servicio de Atención integral i promoción a la autonomía para personas con discapacidad física, tal y como se define en la Cartera Insular de servicios sociales y de los servicios a menores y familia de Mallorca, como se define en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares número 87, de 18 de de juliol de 2017, prorrogada su vigencia hasta el 31 de diciembre del 2023, en régimen de concertación. El servicio a concertar es de 217 plazas con las condiciones técnicas y económicas establecidas en los pliegos y en la convocatoria. Todo ello de acuerdo con lo establecido en la Ley 4/2009, de 11 de junio, de Servicios Sociales de las Islas Baleares.

La Ley 12/2018 dispone en el artículo 5 los «Requisitos exigibles a las entidades gestoras de los servicios

concertados y al artículo 6 los «Procedimientos de concertación y criterios de preferencia a favor de entidades

del tercer sector social».

El Decreto 48/2017 al Título III, establece los «Procedimientos de concertación» en todo lo que no contradiga la

Ley 12/2018 antes mencionada.
