10-11-2025 Proposals are hereby invited for the provision of creative services, content creation, branding and media analysis and management for the Client’s head office and all terminals over a period of two (2) years. Scope: The agency is required to: • Recommend or propose the most relevant approach for the Client"s brand externally; • Identify brand-building opportunities for the Client in the supply chain/industry and public domain; • Develop monthly and quarterly campaigns in line with the strategy, brand position and calendar days for both internal and external audiences; • Create content, produce and print appropriate material required in campaigns and events; • Design, copywrite, translate, produce and/or reproduce, print communication and promotional material for campaigns, events and required messaging; and any other creative work as required; • Design and package communication messages for digital platforms and advise on effective scheduling methods; • Onsite filming across the company’s terminals, collating material, editing, packaging and broadcasting; • Design, film, edit, schedule and carry out photography and production of video clips and modules; • Execute ad hoc broadcast activities – preproduction, production and post- production services, including scriptwriting, graphics, motion graphics and title creation, video insert production, required studio crew, digital postproduction editing and sourcing professional presenter(s) for anchoring programs; • Manage digital interfaces, online conferencing and projects taking place online; • Advise on latest suitable communication equipment, infrastructure and technology including digital communication solutions and artificial intelligence integration; • Produce industrial theatre and accompanying script; • Develop/produce collateral material e.g. corporate DVDs, brochures, topic specific booklets, newsletters and poster; • Conduct communication effectiveness surveys and provide recommendations. Provide expert facilitation of the EXCO and Board Strategy Review Sessions to ensure productive and outcome-oriented engagements. 2. Develop the 5 Year Strategy document and Annual Performance plan. 3. Support EXCO in reviewing organisational performance, strategic priorities, and alignment with clients" mandate, aiming to identify key performance indicators (KPI’s) for tracking progress. 4. Facilitate strategic reflection and dialogue on emerging challenges and opportunities within the maritime environment, resulting in a prioritised action list. 5. Guide the team in identifying key strategic focus areas, priorities, and actionable outcomes for the upcoming planning period. 6. Ensure effective documentation of key outcomes and decisions to inform post-session reporting and strategic planning processes for the two sessions. 7. Ensure a completed report is submitted 5 days after each session for CEO on the key outcomes and decisions to form part of a Draft Annual Performance Plan and the Five Year Strategy. 8. The EXCO session will be hosted in Gauteng, Price should include travel costs. 9. The Board session venue is not yet known travel costs if outside of Gauteng will be paid by the client. .
