10-11-2025 Re-Advertisement: The client hereby invites qualified service providers for sourcing of funds and implementation of a turn-key training program for a period of 36 months. Scope of work: The following services are required from the SETA accredited service providers: a) Sourcing from funding streams other than the Municipalities commonly sued stream of funds, ie; b) Scanning, applications and monitoring of funding calls from funding sources that will be applicable and inline with the Municipalities mandate for skills development and training programmes; c) Proposal writing and application submissions; d) Liaising with funders; e) Reporting and compliance; f) Tracking of funding outcomes and sustainability analysis; g) Entering into a formal Service Level agreement for the allocated funding; h) Scanning/screening and vetting of beneficiaries for training programmes; i) Ensuring correct completion of learner agreements and submission of those to the SETA; j) Uploading learners on the SETA system; k) Conducting of training programmes as per the guidelines and specifications of the funder requirement for the fund allocated for training of learners; l) Assessment of learners; m) Moderation of learners; n) Certification of learners; o) Be accredited and remain accredited throughout the entire learning and Work Based Learnership (WBL) Programme Agreement; p) Deliver structured learning support specified that is required by the Learning Programme; q) Conduct off-the-job assessments for the structured learning component specified in the Learning Programme or cause it to be conducted; r) Ensure that the assessment against the outcomes of the qualification associated with the Learning Programme is conducted during and at the end of the Learning Programme; s) Ensure that the state of readiness for verification is indicated to the SETA ETQA a month before the end of the training; t) Issue a written statement of results in respect of the learners’ final assessment for the qualification associated with the Learning Programme, within twenty-one (21) Business Days of the assessment to the learners, the SETA and the Education and training Quality Assurance (ETQA) accredited for the qualification; u) Capture all the learners’ achievements on the SETA SMIS system; v) Give specified support to the learners in the Learning Programme; w) Provide report to the Organization on the learners’ performance; x) Have the necessary capacity and capability to plan, deliver and manage the standards and qualifications for the Learning Programme; y) Provide monthly progress reports to client with regard to the progress made for the training program. .
