Bids are hereby invited for the facilitator to conduct the Executive Committee (EXCO) strategy review session and board strategy session. The key objectives of the facilitation are to: 1. Provide expert facilitation of the EXCO and Board Strategy Review Sessions to ensure productive and outcome-oriented engagements. 2. Develop the 5 Year Strategy document and Annual Performance plan. 3. Support EXCO in reviewing organisational performance, strategic priorities, and alignment with clients" mandate, aiming to identify key performance indicators (KPI’s) for tracking progress. 4. Facilitate strategic reflection and dialogue on emerging challenges and opportunities within the maritime environment, resulting in a prioritised action list. 5. Guide the team in identifying key strategic focus areas, priorities, and actionable outcomes for the upcoming planning period. 6. Ensure effective documentation of key outcomes and decisions to inform post-session reporting and strategic planning processes for the two sessions. 7. Ensure a completed report is submitted 5 days after each session for CEO on the key outcomes and decisions to form part of a Draft Annual Performance Plan and the Five Year Strategy. 8. The EXCO session will be hosted in Gauteng, Price should include travel costs. 9. The Board session venue is not yet known travel costs if outside of Gauteng will be paid by the client.
