Naročnik bo z izbranimi ponudniki za predvideno obdobje sklenil okvirni sporazum, na podlagi katerega bo oddajal posamezna naročila za prevzem kosovnih odpadkov.

         Javno naročilo se oddaja celovito in ni razdeljeno na sklope. Ponudniki morajo oddati ponudbo za celotno javno naročilo.

         Podrobnejša specifikacija javnega naročila je razvidna iz poglavja Tehnične specifikacije ter obrazcev Ponudba - povzetek predračuna in Vzorec okvirnega sporazuma.
