Aneks št. 4 k Pogodbi št. 2555-22-460052 Gradnja po pogodbenih določilih FIDIC (rumena knjiga) za »Vodnogospodarske ureditve Meže v Mežici in Mislinje v območju urbanega parka Slovenj Gradec«, SKLOP 1 - Ureditev Meže v Mežici, se sklepa zaradi s strani naročnika naročenih dodatnih del (nepredvidljivih nepredvidenih del), podaljšanja pogodbenega roka in spremembe pogodbene cene. Aneks se sklepa na podlagi 1., 2. in 3. točke prvega odstavka 95. člena Zakona o javnem naročanju; sprememba pogodbe ne spreminja splošne narave javnega naročila oz. pogodbenih obveznosti.
