- Vključitev podizvajalca v izvajanje storitev po Osnovni pogodbi s katerimi bo zagotovil spletni informacijski sistem (portal 4PM) namenjen spremljanju in izvajanju projekta Zeleni slovenski lokacijski okvir - zagotovitve licenc pri uporabi spletnega informacijskega sistema (portala) namenjenega spremljanju in izvajanju projekta Zeleni slovenski lokacijski okvir;

- sprememba naziva naročnika;

- sprememba davčne in matične številke naročnika;

- sprememba proračunske postavke za DDV;

- sprememba logotipa;

- Dodane informacije o Mehanizmu, Razvojem področju in Investiciji v zvezi z ukrepom Zeleni slovenski lokacijski okvir.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Sprememba osnovne pogodbe, ki se ureja v okviru Dodatka št. 1, je posledica okoliščin, ki jih skrben naročnik ni mogel predvideti oziroma sprememba osnovne pogodbe ne spreminja splošne narave javnega naročila in ni bistvena. Pravna podlaga za sklenitev Dodatka št. 1 je tako peta (5) točka prvega odstavka 95. člena ZJN-3.
