Ta aneks se sklepa, ker je prišlo do spremembe cene opravljenih storitev čiščenja, zaradi spremembe višine minimalne plače v skladu z veljavnim Zakonom o minimalni plači.
Naročnik se s predlagano spremembo strinja, ker je bilo že v času objave javnega naročila z odgovori na portalu pojasnjeno, da bo dopuščena možnost popravka vrednosti pogodbe
iz razloga rasti minimalne plače največ v višini indeksa rasti cen minimalne plače v RS.
