      Predmet javnega naročila je zimsko vzdrževanje cest v obdobju od 1. 12. 2023 do 31. 10. 2024. Skladno s Pravilnikom o rednem vzdrževanju cest se ceste vzdržujejo v skladu z izvedbenim programom zimske službe v zimskem obdobju, ki praviloma traja od 15. novembra tekočega leta do 15. marca naslednjega leta oziroma v obdobju trajanja zimskih razmer. Pripravljalna dela, ki obsegajo npr. pripravo mehanizacije, pripravo cest - vključno s postavitvijo snežnih kolov, čiščenjem odvodnih sistemov) pa je potrebno opraviti pred začetkom zimskega obdobja. Glede na to, da smo tik pred začetkom nove zimske sezone, bi bilo potrebno izbrati izvajalce v čim krajšem možnem času.

      Naročnik je javno naročilo za zimsko vzdrževanje cest in ostalih javnih površin v občini Idrija v obdobju od 1. 11. 2023 do 30. 4. 2026 prvič objavil že v juniju 2023 in nato drugič v mesecu avgustu 2023 in tretjič v mesecu oktobru 2023, naročnik se je razpisa lotil z vso skrbnostjo in do časa, le uspešen ni bil.
