    Incheierea unui acord cadru, urmat de contracte subsecvente ce vor avea ca obiect furnizarea de lubrifianţi auto, unsori consistente şi lichide speciale.Orice operator economic interesat de procedura de achizitie care solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire aferente acesteia, va transmite solicitarea prin intermediul SEAP, cu 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor prin accesarea sectiunii dedicate „Intrebari” din detaliul procedurii de atribuire aflate in desfasurare. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
