Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

ogodbeni rok za predajo projektne dokumentacije v recenzijo je 210 dni po izvedeni uvedbi v delo. Uvedba v delo je bila izvedena 31. 3. 2023. V skladu z navedenim je rok za predajo 27. 1 O. 2023. Ker je projektant geodetski posnetek prejel šele 5. 6. 2023, torej 66 dni od uvedbe v delo, projektant projektne dokumentacije v pogodbenem roku ne more izdelati. Geodetski načrt, ki vsebuje lokacijsko izboljšan zemljiški kataster, mora v skladu s projektno nalogo zagotoviti naročnik (Direkcija RS za infrastrukturo)
