Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Izvajalec je dne 28.8.2023 naročniku po elektronski pošti, posredoval dopis za podaljšanje roka izvedbe del v stanovanju na naslovu Deteljica 11 v Tržiču, iz razloga nepravočasne dobave oken, ki so posledica kolektivnih dopustov in tehničnih težav pri sami izdelavi stavbnega pohištva. Posledično je bil izvajalec primoran poiskati drugo rešitev, zato je tudi zaprosil za podaljšanje roka izvedbe za omenjeno stanovanje, in sicer do 15.9.2023. Gre za nepredvidene okoliščine, ki ne izhajajo iz sfere nobene od pogodbenih strank.
