VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):
Na podlagi uvodnih ogledov stanovanj na posameznih izbranih lokacijah iz Sklopa 1 s strani pogodbenih strank in nadzora je bilo ugotovljeno, da obseg del po prvotnih popisih ne
ustreza dejanskemu stanju na terenu. Pri odstranjevanju starih poškodovanih tal, talne konstrukcije, parketa, stenskih oblog in keramike so se pokazale pomanjkljivosti (slaba pod
konstrukcijska izvedba), ki jih je potrebno sanirati.
Potrebna je zamenjava nekaterih starih elektro inštalacij, da se zagotovi večja varnost stanovalcev in boljša povezava za WiFi. Kjer to še ni izvedeno, se dodatno pripravijo
inštalacije v kopalnicah za vgradnjo števcev za vodo.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:
Na podlagi uvodnih ogledov stanovanj na posameznih izbranih lokacijah iz Sklopa 1 s strani pogodbenih strank in nadzora je bilo ugotovljeno, da obseg del po prvotnih popisih ne
ustreza dejanskemu stanju na terenu. Pri odstranjevanju starih poškodovanih tal, talne konstrukcije, parketa, stenskih oblog in keramike so se pokazale pomanjkljivosti (slaba pod
konstrukcijska izvedba), ki jih je potrebno sanirati.
Potrebna je zamenjava nekaterih starih elektro inštalacij, da se zagotovi večja varnost stanovalcev in boljša povezava za WiFi. Kjer to še ni izvedeno, se dodatno pripravijo
inštalacije v kopalnicah za vgradnjo števcev za vodo.
Zaradi tako naknadno ugotovljenega dejanskega stanja na terenu - stanovanjih na posameznih lokacijah, bo potrebno izvesti nekatera dodatna, pozneje naročena dela s strani
naročnika, ki so hkrati tudi nujna za ustrezno dokončanje del po pogodbi, njihovo naročanje pri drugem izvajalcu pa bi povzročilo višje stroške izvedbe. Naročniku so bile
