Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Strošek prevoza nizko radioaktivnih odpadkov iz NEK-a do pogodbenika (ZDA) se je zaradi vojne v Ukrajini in inflacije zvišal, ni pa mogoče, tudi zaradi potrebnih dovoljenj za specifičan transport, najti novega ponudika.
