Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Dodatek št. 4 k veljavni pogodbi se sklepa zaradi nepredvidenh in dodatnih del po potrjenih protokolih št. 7, 8, 9, 10 ,11 in 12 v vrednosti 171.700,00 , zaradi česar se spremenijo viri financiranja in skupna pogodbena vrednost.
