zmluva sa mení z dôvodu nárastu cien stavebných materiálov spôsobených pandémiou COVID 19 a vojnou na území Ukrajiny - uplatní sa tu postup podľa Metodického pokynu č. 27/2022, ktorým sa stanovuje mechanizmus úpravy ceny v dôsledku zmien nákladov pri projektoch opravy a údržby, pri výstavbe, modernizácie a rekonštrukcie inžinierskych stavieb a budov zmena zmluvy, rámcovej dohody a koncesnej zmluvy počas jej trvania.
