S ohľadom na okolnosti, ktoré si vyžiadali zmenu, sa zmluvné strany dohodli na uzatvorení dodatku č. 2 Rámcovej
kúpnej zmluvy v súlade s § 18 ods. 1 c) zákona č. 343/2015 Z. z. o verejnom obstarávaní a o zmene a doplnení
niektorých zákonov v znení neskorších predpisov, pričom sa nemení charakter zmluvy.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
Úprava cien potravín z dôvodu všeobecného nárastu cien zeleniny a ovocia a ďalších vstupov (zvýšenia cien energií a služieb spojených s dodaním tovarov), ktoré bolo
spôsobené infláciou, ktorá podporila rast cien potravín. Celkové navýšenie predstavuje cca 5,19 % z celkovej hodnoty časti 8 zákazky.
