              PENTRU FIECARE LOT ÎN PARTE:

              a) În cazul în care comisia de evaluare constată că au fost depuse oferte admisibile cu prețuri unitare egale la ofertanții clasați pe primul loc, autoritatea contractantă va solicita o propunere financiară îmbunătățită prin intermediul SEAP.

              b) Dacă Comisia de evaluare constată că au fost depuse oferte admisibile cu prețuri egale la ofertanții clasați pe locul 2, autoritatea contractantă va solicita o propunere financiară îmbunătățită prin intermediul SEAP, care va fi obligatoriu mai mare decât prețul ofertat pentru locul 1.

              c) Dacă Comisia de evaluare constată că au fost depuse oferte admisibile cu prețuri egale la ofertanții clasați pe locul 3, autoritatea contractantă va solicita o propunere financiară îmbunătățită prin intermediul SEAP, care va fi obligatoriu mai mare decât prețul ofertat pentru locul 2.

              d) Clasamentul se va stabili în funcție de prețurile finale ofertate.

              2. Cerințele tehnice definite la nivelul anunțului de participare, caietului de sarcini sau altor documente complementare prin trimiterea standardelor la un anumit producător, la mărci, brevete, tipuri, la o origine sau la o producție/metodă specifică de fabricație/prestare/execuție vor fi înțelese ca fiind însoțite de mențiunea ”sau echivalent”.
