                                        • Pentru vizualizarea documentaţiei de atribuire încarcate în SICAP, este necesar ca operatorii economici să deţină/instaleze pe staţia de lucru, aplicaţia care permite verificarea semnăturii electronice şi vizualizarea documentelor semnate electronic (disponibile pe site-urile furnizorilor de semnătură electronica);

                                        • Pentru transmiterea solicitărilor de clarificări privind documentaţia de atribuire, operatorii economici se vor înregistra în SEAP (www.e- licitatie.ro) ca operator economic conform prevederilor art. 5 alin. (1) din H.G. nr. 395/2016 şi vor transmite solicitările avand în vedere termenele de răspuns ale autorităţii contractante prevăzute la art. 160-161 din Legea nr.98/2016.

                                        • Modul de obtinere a documentatiei de atribuire:

                                        Din SEAP, atasata la Anuntul de participare. Informatiile tehnice relevante referitoare la participarea la procedura online se pot obtine la adresa https://www.e-licitatie.ro.

                                        • Orice denumire comercială, marcă menționate în caracteristicile tehnice minimale, care ar putea individualiza un anumit producător și orice trimitere către un anumit standard, agrement tehnic național se vor interpreta cu mențiunea ”sau echivalent”.

                                        • Toate documentele care compun oferta vor fi semnate cu semnătură electronică extinsă, bazată pe un certificat calificat, eliberat de un furnizor de servicii de certificare acreditat şi încărcate în SEAP în secţiunile specifice disponibile în sistemul informatic şi numai de către operatorii economici înregistraţi, în conformitate cu art. 60 alin. (4), art. 62 alin. (1), art. 123 alin. (2) și (3) din H.G. nr. 395/2016, cu modificările și completările ulterioare.
