        Achiziție Dispozitive cardiace electronice implantabile, 29 loturi, conform Caietului de sarcini, finalizată prin încheierea unui acord-cadru pe o perioadă de 36 luni pentru fiecare lot.

        In urma incheierii acordului cadru, autoritatea contractanta estimeaza ca va incheia contracte subsecvente pe 3 luni sau pe orice perioada acoperita de disponibil financiar, in functie de necesitati si fondurile disponibile.

        Nivelul minim si maxim estimat al cantitatilor ce urmeaza a fi achizitionate prin acordul cadru si prin contractele subsecvente este prevazut in Caietul de sarcini - Anexa B - Informații privind loturile.

        Contractele subsecvente urmeaza sa se atribuie prin reluarea competitiei.

        Reluarea competitiei se va face cu o luna inaintea expirarii contractelor subsecvente, cu toti semnatarii acordului cadru, prin transmiterea catre acestia a unei invitatii de participare la reofertare.

        Obiectul reluarii competitiei: imbunatatirea ofertelor financiare depuse anterior (în sensul scaderii pretului unitar), fara modificarea caracteristicilor tehnice a produselor ofertate initial. În cazul în care ofertantul nu modifica oferta financiara initiala (nu imbunatateste oferta financiara initiala in sensul scaderii pretului unitar), la stabilirea clasamentului final, se va lua în considerare oferta depusa anterior. Termenul limita de reofertare este de 2 (două) zile calendaristice de la transmiterea invitatiei de participare la reofertare. Reofertarea se va face pe platforma SEAP.

        Autoritatea contractantă va raspunde în mod clar si complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare în a 11-a zi înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor.
