La modifica, nel corso dell’esecuzione dei servizi, trova fondamento nella necessità di recepire le revisioni del progetto comunitario (rimodulazione progettuale approvata dall"Organismo Intermedio il 23 febbraio 2023) all’interno del Contratto di servizi in parola.

Dette variazioni non erano determinabili al momento della stipula del Contratto intervenuta nel febbraio 2019 poiché sono sopravvenute in esito alla rimodulazione progettuale operata dall’Amministrazione Committente e approvata dalle competenti Autorità nel febbraio 2023.
