        PENTRU FIECARE LOT ÎN PARTE:
        
        a) In cazul in care comisia de evaluare constata ca au fost depuse oferte admisibile cu preturi unitare egale la ofertantii clasati pe primul loc, autoritatea contractanta va solicita o propunere financiara imbunatatita, prin intermediul SEAP.
        
        b) Daca Comisia de evaluare constata ca au fost depuse oferte admisibile cu preturi egale la ofertantii clasati pe locul 2, autoritatea contractanta va solicita o propunere financiara imbunatatita prin intermediul SEAP, care va fi obligatoriu mai mare decat pretul ofertat pt locul 1.
        
        c) Daca Comisia de evaluare constata ca au fost depuse oferte admisibile cu preturi egale la ofertantii clasati pe locul 3, autoritatea contractanta va solicita o propunere financiara imbunatatita prin intermediul SEAP, care va fi obligatoriu mai mare decat pretul ofertat pt locul 2.
        
        d) Netransmiterea unui pret imbunatatit (mentinerea pretului) va fi considerata ca "solicitare la care nu s-a raspuns" , iar oferta va fi considerata ca inacceptabila (in cf cu Art 134 alin 5 din h295/2016).
        
        e) Clasamentul se va stabili in functie de preturile finale ofertate.
