        In cazul acestui lot, autoritatea contractanta dispune in anul 2023 de creditele de angajament necesare incheierii contractului, iar creditele bugetare necesare derularii contractului vor fi prevazute ulterior, integral sau etapizat, in functie de alocarile bugetare aprobate. Pentru creditele bugetare alocate dupa incheierea contractului va fi incheiat act aditional in acest sens. Livrarea produselor se va face in termen de 60 de zile de la data semnarii actului aditional.
