Prezenta documentatie cuprinde cerintele tehnice si financiare, criteriile necesare pentru a asigura potentialilor ofertanti o informare completa si corecta cu privire la modul de aplicare al procedurii, cat si a elaborarii ofertelor, in functie de cantitatea maxima a acordului cadru prevazuta in tabelul caietului de sarcini. Termenul limita pana la care operatorii pot solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia, este de 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare, cu 10 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
