        The purpose of the procurement is to procure a new kidney stone laser. The kidney stone laser must be a Thulium fiber laser. We would like to have this new technology in order to half treatment times and thereby be able to increase the number of patient treatments.

        Approx. 110-130 procedures with the current technology were carried out in 2022. The estimate is that this number can be doubled with the procurement of a Thulium fiber laser.

        Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

        The contracting authority will evaluate the tenderer"s fulfilment of the qualification requirements on the basis of the following documentation:

        Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months, and which is based on the last known fiscal figures. The credit rating must be carried out by a credit rating institution.

        We reserve the right to obtain a credit rating on our own initiative from a reputable rating company.

        If a tenderer has valid reasons for being unable to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with another document, including for example a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc.

        The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations.
