        ACORD CADRU FURNIZARE MATERIALE SANITARE - structurata pe 55 loturi, detailat in Anexa 1 a caietului de sarcini.Nu se utilizeaza licitatia electronica ca etapa finala a procedurii de atribuire.Frecventa si valoarea contractelor subsecvente ce vor fi atribuite: Contractele subsecvente se vor incheia lunar, trimestrial sau ori de

        cate ori apare o nevoie noua, in functie de necesitatile si posibilitatile financiare ale autoritatii contractante, pe toata perioada de valabilitate a acordului cadru -12 luni.

        Frecventa contractelor subsecvente: se vor incheia lunar, trimestrial sau ori de cate ori apare o nevoie noua, cuantumurile valorice ale fiecarui contract subsecvent vor fi stabilite in raport cu necesitatile ce fac obiectul contractului si resurselor financiare pe care autoritatea contractanta le are la dispozitie pe toata perioada de valabilitate a acordului cadru (12 luni).

        Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 14 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde consolidat tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.

        Mentionam faptul ca in momentul implementarii la nivel national a sistemului centralizat de achizitii, serviciu efectuat de catre Ministerul Sanatatii ca unitate de achizitii publice centralizate, conform dispozitiilor Ordonantei de Urgenta nr. 71/2012 contractul se reziliaza de drept.

        Valoarea estimata a acordului cadru fara tva:232631.10 fara TVA structurata pe 55 loturi conform ANEXA 1 din caietul de sarcini.
