      Zamawiający na podstawie art. 138 ust. 2 pkt. 2) ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. – Prawo zamówień publicznych (Dz. U. z 2023 r., poz. 1605) dalej „ustawa Pzp”, wyznaczył termin składania ofert krótszy niż termin 35 dniowy od dnia przekazania ogłoszenia o zamówieniu Urzędowi Publikacji Unii Europejskiej, bowiem zachodzi pilna potrzeba udzielenia zamówienia i skrócenie terminu składania ofert jest uzasadnione.

      Pilna potrzeba udzielenia zamówienia i skrócenie terminu składania ofert z 35 na 15 dni wynika z faktu, iż zgodnie z harmonogramem Projektu badawczego w zakresie produkcji CAR-T, realizowanego przez Zamawiającego uwzględniającym kompleksową realizację wszystkich jego założeń, wymagana jest realizacja zamówienia do dnia 23.11.2023r.

      Niezachowanie powyższego terminu zagraża realizacji Projektu.
